VINIFICATION
Long maceration on the grape pomace with frequent pumping-over, malolactic fermentation and maturation in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a bottle refinement.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Intense ruby red colour. Complex and intense bouquet with red fruits scents, plum, cherry, wild berries. Spicy notes of vanilla, cloves and black pepper. Aromatic herbs such as bay leaves. Dry and warm on the palate, tannic, structured and with a long finish.
