VINIFICATION
Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature with maturation on the lees in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. Fine nose, fruity and floral bouquet with apricot notes, stone fruits, citrus fruits, jasmine flowers scents. The taste is fresh with a good sugar-acid balance and a medium-long finish.

Risotto, fish and seafood, white meat, salads.
